Shots have been easy and the online video on how to take them is even better. I work out a lot and eat properly and was hoping this shot would take the final 5 pounds off I was trying to lose. So far my weight has stayed the same, but I have noticed more muscle tone and strength and energy, so the weight staying the same might be the muscle gain, so all and all, pretty happy.

It works! I was super nervous at first, about the “injecting myself” part, but it was so easy, that after my first 2 shots I was just fine. With this particular vial, you’ll need to do 2 shots each time. You can certainly combine the shots in the same syringe, but I do not recommend it (unless you are an expert), because if you get an air bubble in the syringe, as you extract the liquid from the vial, you will need to slowly return the liquid into the vial and re-extract it again till there’s no bubbles. So, this will be impossible to do with mixed liquids. I could feel a very noticeable boost on my energy level within my very first application, which that was my main purpose! I typically do heavy cardio workouts 3 or more times a week, and I can also notice a faster recovery now, which was another important reason for me. I did not experience any weight loss, (or gain) but I’m not necessarily taking these shots for weight loss. Overall, I feel great and energized! I would definitely recommend this product!
