    I have been using two times per week for a little over a month I don’t find it gives me any energy unfortunately. it seems to have reduced the size of my legs a little bit and that’s the only change so far.     First, the VITAstir homekit program is well organized and easy to use. I got the SKINNY SHOT to start. I am a 66 year old that loves endurance cycling. A few years ago, I let my health go and became inactive. Starting last year, I have been working at getting back into shape but have stalled in both weight loss, energy, recovery and my sense of well being.     1. Repeat patients should not be paying for full consultation every time ordering. There is should be an update to the information and a nominal fee to update the records.

    2. More sales or programs are needed to keep patients on track and engaged. Things like reward points to be spent on future purchases or milestones tracked for success offering points for discounts.

Also, the injection itself doesn’t hurt at all but the pain afterwards (even after leaving the rx out for several hours so it wasn’t cold) hurts significantly to the point I’m sometimes limping for a day.     It works! I was super nervous at first, about the “injecting myself” part, but it was so easy, that after my first 2 shots I was just fine. With this particular vial, you’ll need to do 2 shots each time. You can certainly combine the shots in the same syringe, but I do not recommend it (unless you are an expert), because if you get an air bubble in the syringe, as you extract the liquid from the vial, you will need to slowly return the liquid into the vial and re-extract it again till there’s no bubbles. So, this will be impossible to do with mixed liquids. I could feel a very noticeable boost on my energy level within my very first application, which that was my main purpose! I typically do heavy cardio workouts 3 or more times a week, and I can also notice a faster recovery now, which was another important reason for me. I did not experience any weight loss, (or gain) but I’m not necessarily taking these shots for weight loss. Overall, I feel great and energized! I would definitely recommend this product!

    When I drew shots up for clinic, we always changed out the needles because inserting the tip through the rubber dulls the needles. You can tell this upon injection. That’s my only real comment. The shots were filled timely and I feel good being on them!
