    First, the VITAstir homekit program is well organized and easy to use. I got the SKINNY SHOT to start. I am a 66 year old that loves endurance cycling. A few years ago, I let my health go and became inactive. Starting last year, I have been working at getting back into shape but have stalled in both weight loss, energy, recovery and my sense of well being. Within days of starting the SKINNY SHOT I began feeling my old self and my weight is dropping along with an increase in performance on the bike.     I have been using two times per week for a little over a month I don’t find it gives me any energy unfortunately. it seems to have reduced the size of my legs a little bit and that’s the only change so far. I am relatively active and I follow a pretty clean Diet which has not changed since including the supplement I will continue to use it to see if it’s working or not Vitastir has been very good with their follow up and shipping and also customer service on the phone. I will use them in the future.
