After i completed the 4 doses I figured out I took Month 2 first. Month 1 dosage is 1/2 of month2. So i took the wrong dose. I have msg Vitastir 3 times to get this corrected. No one has replied to me and im now out of the drug. Horrible support (No Support)

When I first tried it I lessened the recommended dosage to 10 because I was unsure how my body was going to react to it, which was fine. In week 2 I tried the recommended dosages and I was tired a lot that week so in week 3 I did 15 and that was fine. Now I am on week 4 and I am good. I am not tired. I am exercising and working on toning my body. I recommend this product to any one struggling to lose weight. Added bonus I do not craze Alcohol like I used to.
