I purchased the 1 month program first to determine my evaluation of the product and its effects. Again, given its recommended as a program to continue after 4 weeks my opinion is based solely on the initial 4 weeks. Overall, I’d recommend this product to help with shedding fat and curbing appetite. However, I would have loved if this product also provided me with that extra boost of energy that I need to keep up with my kids and daily routine. I felt that the product actually had the opposite effect. I became very tired and lethargic, needing to add my own source of caffeine and energy drinks throughout the day. Of course that can make sense given my caloric intake decreased significantly and I was eating/ snacking far less. However, energy and stamina is largely valuable to me. For that reason, I would likely not continue using this product. Overall, it accomplishes its goal of appetite suppression and as a result fat loss. I’d consider trying and reviewing an energy program and muscle building aid. But, if you’re looking to loss excess fat, this is a great option in the market of fat loss programs.

    After having five children, I decided to try Vitastir’s weight loss program to help me shed excess fat. I purchased the 1 month program first to determine my evaluation of the product and its effects. Again, given its recommended as a program to continue after 4 weeks my opinion is based solely on the initial 4 weeks. Overall, I’d recommend this product to help with shedding fat and curbing appetite. However, I would have loved if this product also provided me with that extra boost of energy that I need to keep up with my kids and daily routine. I felt that the product actually had the opposite effect. I became very tired and lethargic, needing to add my own source of caffeine and energy drinks throughout the day. Of course that can make sense given my caloric intake decreased significantly and I was eating/ snacking far less. However, energy and stamina is largely valuable to me. For that reason, I would likely not continue using this product. Overall, it accomplishes its goal of appetite suppression and as a result fat loss. I’d consider trying and reviewing an energy program and muscle building aid. But, if you’re looking to loss excess fat, this is a great option in the market of fat loss programs.
