    I’ve been low on B-1 for many years but didn’t know it until I had a Vitamin & Mineral test Jan 2021. I take one B1 injection every 3 to 4 days and I can finally digest food again. It’s a miracle because B1 is needed to digest & absorb food properly and I was always sick to my stomach because I didn’t have enough B1. B1 has also increased my energy & may have lowered my arthritis pain too. I have IBS & microscopic colitis which can make a person unable to absorb B1 in the stomach. I sometime also buy the B-complex injections because it has twice the amount of B1 as the B1 by itself. B1 injections have changed my life for the better and I’m thankful to God for Vitastir.
