    So far I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. Nervous about titrating up but symptoms have been at a minimum so I’ll be fine. On day one I had a headache after the first dose which Tylenol helped and I’ve been fine ever since . Onwards I have had slight constipation but fiber intake does the job (I take psyllium husk capsules) . And also I belch a lot and feel nauseous once in a while but that’s not a big issue for me. I definitely recommend for anyone with PCOS who have issues losing weight or simply keeping it off. And as far as needles, if you have a fear of sticking yourself I’ll have you know you literally can’t feel it, it’s barely a pinch. Cravings are at a minimum as well. My recommendation for best results is to clean up your diet, exercise 3 days a week or take daily walks, drink plenty of water, and look into fiber, protein, and electrolyte supplements.
