    I said 4 only because I’ve taken this before through another company. They just didn’t have anything extra I felt full when I first started it. But restarting the same dose, I didn’t really feel full, might be because I may be immune. So I’m moving to month 2 and hopefully that makes a difference but I do like the fact they added vitamin B12 and Glycine to help with muscle mass and nausea. That definitely is an added benefit, and in the meantime im working on my on my other issues.

    I have had the third shot of the initial dosage. I have lost a shaky two pounds so far and didn’t expect to on such a low dosage. I am happy to have stopped gaining!
