    I wound up needing 1 1/2 inch needles, the only downside is they don’t give you sizing options when buying their products. I really enjoy going there and I have to drive there twice per week from Toledo, which is a 45 minute drive one-way, but I do it because the products are that good! When I don’t want to travel, I mail order and give myself the shot. It doesn’t really hurt. Just a quick pin poke. The benefits WAY outweigh any inconvenience of one little shot. You know when something negative happens between you and someone and you just go over and over it in your head trying to figure it out and you torture yourself replaying things over and over for days? Now I don’t do that. I replay them for a few hours and then I let it go. I just feel like I can let go of petty things and have a better peace of mind. How much is that worth to you? I’m also more physcially fit. I lost weight and KEPT IT OFF for almost two years now. I am two dress sizes smaller and I have a better self-esteem. How much is that worth to you! I have more stamina. My skin and hair is so much better (I get the biotin shots). And I actually found that I don’t crave the bad foods as much. If you are thinking that the price is too high and that you don’t have time or that you don’t like needles, read this review because I thought all of these things myself. First, the cherry on the top is that the staff is always very kind, professional, and very helpful. They are genuinely interested in your health and helping you achieve your goals. I really enjoy going there and I have to drive there twice per week from Toledo, which is a 45 minute drive one-way, but I do it because the products are that good! When I mail order products it doesn’t take long at all to get them. Before you administer your own shot, you watch a video that is very easy and clear to understand. When I don’t want to travel, I mail order and give myself the shot. It doesn’t really hurt. Just a quick pin poke. The benefits WAY outweigh any inconvenience of one little shot. I sleep so much better. I feel rested in the mornings. How much is that worth to you alone! But that’s not the only benefit. I have a better mood. I am a much more pleasant person to myself. You know when something negative happens between you and someone and you just go over and over it in your head trying to figure it out and you torture yourself replaying things over and over for days?     On my 4th shot and noticing improvements with fat deposits looking smaller. Clothes are fitting slightly looser and my leg muscles look more defined. The shot does leave bruising and redness. The medicine feels a bit lumpy under the skin in which I’ve been massaging it in to help.
